Description
The County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner is soliciting bids for a three-year lease of a video down-link system. The required equipment includes one transmitter with SDI/HDMI input, six embedded 4G-capable modems, USB modem ports, Inverse Statmux+ technology, onboard storage, dual-band Wi-Fi, a removable battery, AC power supply, and carrying case; one rack-mount transceiver with four SDI connectors; and one professional software license supporting two USB modems, HD recording, time codes, and IFB. The contractor must integrate the equipment and software with the County's Genetec server and provide maintenance, repairs, temporary equivalent-or-better replacement equipment, and replacement of unrepairable leased devices at no cost. Service calls must receive a response within three hours. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the County's online bidding system and includes required supplier information, references, certifications, and forms.
