Description
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is conducting a formal Request for Information to identify qualified laboratories capable of analyzing oxygen isotopes (18O/16O, reported as δ18O) and strontium isotopes (87Sr/86Sr) in water samples for source-water characterization and geochemical fingerprinting associated with a new reservoir project. The anticipated volume is approximately 5 to 25 water samples twice per year, and respondents are encouraged to identify whether both analyses can be performed in-house or whether any services would be subcontracted. Responses should address analytical methods, sample volumes and containers, detection limits, precision, reporting formats, quality assurance and quality control, preservation and shipping requirements, turnaround times, capacity, data deliverables, pricing for individual and combined analyses, additional fees, volume discounts, and recommendations for a future procurement. This is a non-binding market-research RFI, not a competitive bid or request for proposals, and responses will not be scored or used to make an award.
