Description
Utah Valley University’s Constitutional Federalism Initiative is seeking a contractor to develop, produce, manage, distribute, and promote a professional audio and video public affairs podcast focused on constitutional federalism, intergovernmental governance, state leadership, and constructive interstate dialogue. The contractor will provide concept development, branding, hosting, guest recruitment and scheduling, recording, editing, post-production, captioning, publishing, distribution, audience development, social media promotion, analytics, and related operational support. The baseline schedule is one new episode every two weeks, with optional pricing for weekly production. Deliverables include launch planning and branding, edited audio and video episodes, episode descriptions and summaries, show notes, transcripts, captions, social media teasers, short-form video clips, newsletter-ready summaries, website or platform postings, analytics reports, editorial planning reports, and end-of-contract transfer of raw files, finished materials, account credentials, and related assets. The contractor must demonstrate experience with recurring public-facing media production and complex government, public affairs, public policy, law, or civic subject matter. The anticipated budget is $240,000 annually, with initial startup costs of $65,000.
