The Metropolitan Transportation Commission is preparing a procurement for a consultant to provide on-call integrated media and marketing support for MTC projects, programs, sub-agencies, and partners. The anticipated work includes paid media strategy and planning; audience, platform, and budget recommendations; culturally competent creative development in multiple languages; advertising placement across digital, audio, radio, out-of-home, streaming television, print, search, social, programmatic, and related channels; campaign delivery and optimization; performance monitoring and reporting; media landscape and audience analysis; communications strategy support; one-off media buys; and ad hoc meeting and presentation support. The preliminary project description identifies a three-year anticipated project timeline from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with an approximate budget of $1,500,000, subject to future budget approval. The procurement is upcoming, and the preliminary scope, dates, budget, and requirements may change when the official procurement documents are published. Minimum qualifications include at least three years of paid integrated media campaign experience for the project manager and at least one year of similar-project experience for each non-support project team member. Desired experience includes public-sector campaigns, multilingual and multicultural outreach, cross-platform media buying, performance marketing, digital content and branding, and short- and long-form video storytelling and production.
