Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Tunisia seeks an audiovisual production company to design, produce, and deliver a public-awareness spot about HIV. The content must address HIV transmission, prevention, early testing, access to prevention and care services, and prevention of mother-to-child transmission, while avoiding stigmatizing or discriminatory portrayals. The scope includes preproduction, creative concept development, synopsis, detailed script and storyboard, casting, logistics, filming, editing, color grading, sound mixing, graphics, subtitling, and validation with the buyer and the National AIDS Control Programme. Required deliverables are a methodological and creative proposal with a detailed schedule and consultation/validation process; a high-quality subtitled horizontal Full HD video with master file for television and digital distribution; and a vertical 9:16 Full HD version for social media, usable source files, and at least 20 retouched set photographs. The contract is for services, with a stated two-month contract duration and 25-day mission, and requires a legally established Tunisian entity with relevant audiovisual experience and qualified personnel.
