Description
Monroe County, through its Tourist Development Council and Visit Florida Keys, is seeking a qualified agency to provide campaign production, creative development, content production, and implementation support for a new tourism campaign. The scope includes a campaign production and deployment plan; campaign messaging frameworks and adaptations for five district areas and several tourism segments; coordination with media agencies and internal stakeholders; and account, schedule, approval, and budget management. The selected agency will plan and manage photography and video production, including vendors, talent, locations, permits, editing, licensing, accessibility, usage rights, and delivery of final files. It will also produce deployment-ready digital, print, social media, video, audio, podcast, email, landing-page, broadcast, and out-of-home assets, as well as experiential visitor-activation concepts. Proposals are evaluated on agency personnel, launch approach, creative rollout, production capabilities, media coordination, account management, relevant experience, financial ability, and required certifications. The agreement is expected to run approximately three years, beginning December 1, 2026, with an option for one additional two-year renewal period.
