Description
The United Nations Development Programme Country Office in North Macedonia seeks to establish long-term agreements with up to five qualified vendors for recurring, on-demand video animation production and related communication services. The scope includes 2D and 3D animation, 3D modeling, creative direction, production, post-production and editing, animated infographics, animated GIFs, voice-over, subtitles, adaptation to different languages, and related illustration and storyboard development for social media and television use. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of company or personnel experience, at least three relevant assignments, experience with national or international organizations during the past five years, and the availability of a producer, 2D/3D animator, and illustrator/storyboard artist. Corresponding CVs, a technical offer, company profile, prior-contract information, and a completed quotation submission form and technical/financial offer are required. The resulting LTA creates no minimum purchase commitment; specific work will be ordered through future mini-bids and purchase orders.
