Description
The Defense Health Agency, on behalf of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, is soliciting non-personal services to support its Hospital Communications Department and Executive Secretariat. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and related services for graphic design, authored-works review and editing, print journalism, video production, public relations, executive correspondence, publications, and issuances management. The requirement includes two graphic designers and one each of an editor, print journalist, video producer/director, public relations specialist, and executive secretariat program manager. Services include strategic communications, visual and multimedia content, media relations, executive correspondence routing and tracking, publications lifecycle management, quality control, program management, and related reporting. The solicitation specifies a one-year base period from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with two one-year option periods, and identifies an estimated procurement cost of $5,711,262.00.
