Description
Kent State University is soliciting proposals for two virtual production video wall systems for its College of Communication and Information. The required purchase includes creator seat licenses, Scene Forge licenses, three-year software and hardware warranties, commissioning and setup of the video walls and lighting systems at two campus buildings, and user training. The solicitation also requests pricing for lighting hardware, power-management equipment, additional software and hardware support years, and additional creator and Scene Forge seat licenses. Proposals must include firm pricing, assumptions, clarifications, exclusions, and any supporting specification documentation. The university will evaluate proposals based on overall value, ability to fulfill the requirements, responsibility, and past performance.
