Description
Park City Municipal Corporation seeks one or more vendors to provide on-call commercial HVAC system repair, specialized maintenance, and parts services for its properties. The work is as needed and includes labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. Vendors may propose for any or all services in the fee schedule; the City anticipates establishing a multiple-award vendor pool. The PC Library work requires an LG factory technician with LG VRF system certification. OEM parts are preferred when applicable, and alternatives require written approval. Vendors must provide 24/7/365 emergency response capability, including a response within two hours for emergencies, and maintain service logs. The RFP also specifies minimum labor and materials warranties, applicable codes and standards, and insurance requirements. Proposals are limited to 10 pages and evaluated on experience and qualifications, equipment and resources, cost, and references and past performance.
