Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking expressions of interest for a fully serviced office lease consisting of exactly 6,370 ABOA square feet in Tucson, Arizona, with 12 parking spaces. The space must support 24/7 operations and access and provide roof access for antennae and other equipment. The offered space must meet applicable fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements, must not be located in the 0.2-percent-annual-chance floodplain, and must be suitable for a 10-year full lease term. The government is considering renewal or alternative space based on economic advantage and relocation-related costs.
