Description
The University of Arizona is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from construction firms or teams to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the conversion and renovation of approximately 6,000 gross square feet within the Student Union Memorial Center. The project will create a One Stop Shop with office space, a conference room, and an open collaboration area for the Registrar, Bursar, and Financial Aid functions, while relocating existing Market, NRICH, Tech Zone, and related spaces. The scope includes design-phase constructability and systems reviews, scheduling, cost estimating, and preparation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Following mutual agreement on the GMP, the agreement is intended to be amended to include complete construction and warranty-phase services. This is a qualifications-based selection; fee proposals are not required at this stage. Respondents must submit a complete, bookmarked PDF Statement of Qualifications by email.
