Description
Pima County Justice Services is seeking a licensed mental health, substance abuse, or community treatment provider to furnish two full-time-equivalent Clinical Peer Support Specialists for co-location at the Pima County Transition Center. The contractor must provide qualified, certified staff; supervision; technology and supplies; participant engagement and outreach; behavioral health, housing, medical, and recovery-oriented referrals; transportation coordination; documentation; data collection; reporting; and coordination with County personnel, treatment providers, and other stakeholders. Services may require co-location within the County's jurisdiction and coverage between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, seven days per week, according to the agreed schedule. The proposal must address organizational experience and qualifications, clinical peer workforce and key personnel, co-location and service delivery, implementation, sustainability, and pricing. The solicitation requires a mental health, substance abuse, or community treatment provider license or credential, and the CPSS positions must meet specified peer-support, HMIS, and AHCCCS-related qualifications. The initial term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods. Insurance is required after recommendation for award, and bonds are not required.
