Description
Pima County is soliciting bids for the as-needed provision of microfilm accessories, supplies, replacement parts, related equipment, and associated services. Bidders must price all required items in the electronic bid portal and may propose equivalent products with sufficient supporting documentation, including manufacturer information, model numbers, technical specifications, warranty information, safety data sheets, certifications, and proof of conformance when applicable. The resulting contract will support recurring orders through delivery orders, with products delivered as directed by the County. Products must be new and unused unless approved otherwise, properly packaged and labeled, and covered by at least a one-year warranty unless the manufacturer provides a longer warranty. The initial term is one year with four one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit a complete and signed Offer Agreement, required qualification and supporting documents, and all applicable solicitation forms through the designated electronic portal.
