Description
The City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting concrete picnic tables and benches through a competitive sealed bid. The requested products include 40 smooth 72-by-65-inch concrete tabletops with acrylic sealer and skate stops, 40 backed benches, 40 flat benches, two dog-bone-shaped benches, and five skateboard benches. Products must meet specified dimensions, be one-piece cast concrete where stated, use at least 5,000-psi concrete with rebar reinforcement, support departmental logos, and include manufacturer warranty information. The contract requires delivery FOB destination, replacement of defective products within seven days of notification, and maintenance of reasonable inventory for delivery upon request. The initial term is one year, with two additional two-year renewal periods available. Bids must include the completed Offer and Acceptance Form, signed addenda, a copy of the IFB, responses to the evaluation criteria, and the completed Price Page. The solicitation also requires specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation insurance.
