Description
Pima County is soliciting bids from an authorized Octave Coda Video partner to provide Octave/Coda video management software licenses on an as-needed basis. The scope includes maintaining licenses for existing cameras, supplying new camera licenses, installing software, assisting with system programming, testing and commissioning the system, providing training to authorized personnel, and delivering ongoing maintenance and 24/7 customer support. The solicitation is a no-substitute procurement for specified Coda license packages and related VMS services. The contract is for a one-year term with four one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit a complete, signed 15-page Offer Agreement, complete the required pricing in the electronic bidding portal, and provide documentation from Octave confirming that they are an authorized partner. Insurance certification and a performance bond, if applicable, are post-award requirements rather than submission-time requirements. A City of Tucson Small Business Enterprise certification may qualify a bidder for a 5% preference on contracts not exceeding $500,000 per contract year.
