Description
Sonoran Science Academy is requesting one Category 2 internal-connections firewall, specifically a Sophos JG3C3CSUS or equivalent, with necessary software and licenses. The quote must include installation and initial configuration, all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, itemization of ineligible costs, power cords and base licenses, a minimum one-year warranty, and 8x5 next-business-day support. Pricing must remain valid for the life of the contract. Quotes must identify the vendor's SPIN, the FCC Form 470 number, and E-rate-eligible versus non-eligible items; vendors must offer SPI or BEAR invoicing and certify compliance with applicable FCC restrictions, including the prohibition on covered Huawei and ZTE equipment or services.
