Description
Pima County Community College District is establishing a Qualified Vendors List for on-call marketing and advertising services supporting enrollment growth, brand awareness, student retention, persistence, and re-enrollment. Vendors may propose for one or more of three service groups: media planning and advertising; brand, marketing strategy, and creative services; and digital experience. Services may include media buying, digital and traditional advertising, market research, campaign strategy, graphic design, copywriting, video and photography, website and landing-page development, search engine optimization, marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, and conversion-rate optimization. The solicitation requires completed proposal forms and supporting responses addressing qualifications and experience, education and public-sector experience, team structure and key-personnel resumes, method of approach, audience engagement, a relevant case study, collaboration, performance measurement, technology and artificial intelligence tools, budgeting and pricing, and references. The References Form requires at least three marketing and advertising references performed within the last three years. Digital deliverables must comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA when applicable. The College intends to establish one or more service agreements for as-needed work, with no guarantee of work.
