Description
The University of Arizona is conducting a qualifications-based selection for Construction Manager at Risk services related to renovations at Casino Del Sol Stadium and McKale Memorial Center. The proposed work includes approximately 5,000 gross square feet of new family-oriented club space, food and beverage areas, upgraded restrooms, premium field-level seating, and upgraded concessions at the stadium, along with approximately 3,000 to 4,000 gross square feet of new lounge space, food and beverage areas, and support-office upgrades at the arena. The selected firm or team will provide design-phase constructability reviews, systems reviews, scheduling, cost estimating, and preparation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Following mutual agreement on the GMP, the agreement is intended to be amended to include complete construction and warranty-phase services. The projects are intended to be constructed concurrently and ready for beneficial use for the Fall 2027 sports seasons. Respondents must submit a bookmarked PDF Statement of Qualifications; fee proposals are not required at this stage.
