Description
Jordan School District is soliciting bids for a full tear-off and replacement of the existing roof system at Bluffdale Elementary School. The work includes installing a new single-ply PVC membrane roofing system with insulation to at least R-30, cover board, flashings, and related components; removing and replacing specified metal copings and flashings; and coordinating roof-related mechanical and plumbing work. The project also includes unit pricing for roof-drain and skylight replacements, plus an alternate price for skylight replacement. Bidders must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid price. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the requirements is expected to be selected. Attendance at the November 10, 2026, pre-bid conference is mandatory.
