Description
The project seeks a broadcast systems contractor to complete the design, furnish and install equipment, provide wiring and connections, and program and integrate a fully operational broadcast production system. The scope covers a main studio, sound and podcast studios, control and equipment rooms, edit bays, and connections to other facility spaces and a field production kit. The system includes professional audio and video equipment, cameras, an LED video wall, broadcast networking and storage, streaming, intercom, control systems, and related accessories. The contractor must coordinate with other trades, test and commission the systems, provide training and closeout materials, and meet the project’s security, insurance, and warranty requirements. The bid manual requires use of its Bid Form and submission of a separate form for each work scope bid.
