Description
The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide turnkey event management, entertainment procurement, production, promotional, and event execution services for City-sponsored events on an as-needed basis. The scope may include event planning and management, talent procurement and booking, stage production, audio and visual production, lighting, logistics coordination, marketing and promotional services, event staffing, technical support, and related services for community gatherings, festivals, concerts, ceremonies, cultural events, conferences, tourism initiatives, and other City-sponsored programs. The City intends to establish one or more annual contracts, with work assigned through purchase orders, task orders, or other written authorizations. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of events, services, or expenditures, and the City may award contracts to multiple firms. Proposals must demonstrate relevant experience, personnel, resources, industry relationships, and the ability to provide cost-effective solutions for events of varying size, complexity, and budget.
