Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Dallas is soliciting bids for sand bags under an informal solicitation. Products must meet the solicitation's minimum requirements and must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging; alternatives and substitutes will not be accepted. Pricing must include freight to the delivery site, and the City may order quantities different from the estimates, with payment based on quoted unit prices for quantities actually ordered. The required online submission includes the provided bid-table response template, acceptance of the terms and conditions, and the mandatory conflict-of-interest policy questionnaire in PDF format. The City will award to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor and may reject nonconforming deliveries.
