Description
Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District is soliciting proposals for charter bus services. The solicitation includes specifications and a vendor reference form, with proposals submitted electronically through the district's electronic bidding system. Proposals are due by October 7, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Central Time and will be unsealed electronically. The district will not accept faxed proposals, and late or incomplete proposals will be considered nonresponsive. Proposed prices must be FOB Pharr, Texas, and must exclude federal and state taxes. Vendors proposing alternatives to referenced brands or models must provide the manufacturer, brand or trade name, product number, and complete descriptive information.
