Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide annual software user licenses, manufacturer-authorized firmware and software updates, technical support, preventive maintenance, calibration, safety inspections, and limited corrective maintenance and repairs for Government-owned BD Pyxis pharmaceutical cabinets. The equipment inventory includes main and auxiliary cabinets, servers, and virtual clients at Brooke Army Medical Center. The contractor must provide OEM-certified field service engineers, OEM-approved tools, NIST-traceable calibrated test equipment, consumables, transportation, and all other necessary resources. Performance includes scheduled preventive maintenance, urgent and routine service-call response, software and firmware support, CMMS documentation, field service reports, recall and safety-alert actions, cybersecurity coordination, and compliance with medical-facility infection-control, HIPAA, Privacy Act, and DoD requirements. The solicitation uses a lowest-priced, technically acceptable evaluation and includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods, for a potential 60-month term. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price, non-personal services contract; subcontracted performance requires Government approval.
