Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting proposals to lease an existing clinical or medical space in Tarrant County, Texas, for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic serving veterans. The offered space must provide approximately 14,719 to 15,719 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Occupant Area square feet, at least 138 on-site surface parking spaces, and availability for occupancy by July 2027. The proposed lease term is 20 years, including a 10-year firm term. The lease is fully serviced and turnkey and includes the building, utilities, janitorial and landscaping services, tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, HVAC, accessibility features, fire and life-safety compliance, and Facility Security Level II security measures. Required proposal materials include government-provided lease and cost forms, property and zoning documentation, floor plans, pricing and schedule information, applicable environmental and life-safety documentation, security-related materials, and other required representations and supporting documents. Amendment 0002 extends the proposal submission deadline to October 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time; responses to offeror questions are to be posted by September 25, 2026.
