Description
The 147th Mission Support Group requires one temporary air-cooled chiller in the 100–124-ton class to maintain cooling at Building 1057, Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, while the failed permanent facility unit is replaced. The contractor must provide the monthly rental equipment, four 4-inch-by-25-foot chilled-water hoses, four Victaulic fittings, four 4/0 AWG 400-amp 50-foot CAM power cables, four 4/0 female CAM bare-end cable tails, water treatment and freeze protection, and incidental connection materials. The scope includes delivery, placement, setup, installation of hoses, fittings, cables, and cable tails, coordination of temporary power connections and any outages, operational readiness verification, 24/7 emergency support, dismantling, pickup, removal, and site restoration. The equipment must be available and operational within 30 days after notice to proceed and task-order award. Quotations must include separate price, technical capability and equipment data, and past-performance/responsibility documents, including current antiterrorism certification, up to three similar contracts from the past three years, applicable HVAC-related certifications, CAGE code, UEI, and active SAM registration.
