Description
San Antonio Independent School District is establishing a multiple-award vendor pool for continuous, open-ended, as-needed general maintenance services, parts, repairs, supplies, equipment, installations, and assessments across district facilities. The scope includes building trades, appliance repair, electrical and lighting, electronics and fire systems, HVAC, painting, pest control, custodial equipment, plumbing, concrete and grounds work, landscaping, tree services, warehouse equipment rentals and repairs, generators, temporary heating and cooling, and other facility-related maintenance. Vendors must provide applicable labor, mileage, travel, overtime, on-call, monthly or weekly rates, material and parts discounts, delivery charges, and supporting catalog or price-list information. The district expects hourly labor work and may provide a qualified helper. Parts and labor carry a one-year warranty. The solicitation is continuous and open-ended, with the contract valid from Board approval through June 30, 2031; work is not guaranteed and will be ordered solely according to district needs. Required response materials include the proposal acknowledgment, company information and references, certifications, statutory verification forms, conflict-of-interest questionnaire, criminal-background statement, vendor product and information sheet, price sheet, and applicable addenda.
