Description
Birdville Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for a multi-award contract covering as-needed special education contracted services. Services will be provided on a fee basis by independent contractors or contracting firms whose personnel are not district employees, to supply temporary or short-term specialized expertise that supplements the district’s capabilities. The initial contract term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with up to three additional one-year extensions by mutual consent, for a maximum four-year term. Rates may be adjusted every six months by agreement. The stated cost-price analysis is $398,494.30. Responses must be submitted through the district’s e-bid system or delivered on paper to the Purchasing Department; email, telephone, fax, and verbal responses are not accepted.
