Description
The 37th Training Support Squadron requires modular furniture and installation for Building 9225 Rooms 129, 131, 132, and 133. The requirement includes 12 single workstations, additional enclosed and adjustable-height workstations, quad-monitor arms, electrical and USB convenience outlets, acoustic/tackable panels, storage cabinets, pedestals, lounge seating, end tables, a conference table, credenza, lateral file, transaction counters, desks, and desk extensions. Furniture must meet the detailed dimensions and functional specifications in the Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics. The contractor must provide a turnkey installation, including measurements, hardware, delivery, assembly, removal and disposal of existing furniture and packing debris, relocation of a whiteboard, daily cleanup, and repair of installation-related damage. Existing furniture must be delivered to DLA Disposition Services at Fort Sam Houston. The requirement is a 100% HUBZone small-business set-aside under NAICS 337214, with award based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote. Quotes must cover all CLINs, remain effective for 90 days, and meet the stated delivery deadline of January 15, 2027.
