Description
Salt Lake City Corporation, through its Department of Airports, is soliciting proposals for a non-exclusive concession to provide and operate automated teller machines and currency exchange machines for airport passengers, personnel, and the public. The selected concessionaire must provide new equipment, facility build-outs, materials, supplies, labor, utilities, installation, maintenance, currency replenishment, customer support, security procedures, and a full-time experienced manager. Services must be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, at locations in the Gateway, Main Terminal, Concourse A, and Concourse B. Machines must support ATM transactions, foreign-currency dispensing and conversion, multiple foreign languages, major card networks, ADA accessibility, PCI-DSS compliance, alarm systems, and specified size and design requirements. The proposal must address the service plan, marketing, equipment renderings and features, information technology, currency-conversion methodology, comparable airport experience, organizational and financial information, past performance, installation schedule, references, and proposed compensation to the City. The agreement is planned for a five-year base term with up to two additional one-year options, commencing September 1, 2027.
