Description
The Brazos River Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide primary depository services. The scope includes account and balance reporting, remote deposit capture, positive pay and payee validation, ACH and wire services, electronic data interchange, account reconciliation, payment and disbursement services, earnings credit and interest options, account analysis, and related online banking capabilities. The selected institution must also support investment safekeeping, securities clearing, delivery-versus-payment transactions, collateralization of Authority deposits, independent collateral custody, collateral monitoring and reporting, and related investment and treasury services. Respondents must provide the completed bank services questionnaire, Excel fee schedule, pro forma account analysis, references for at least three comparable Texas public-funds clients, and the required tax, conflict-of-interest, addenda acknowledgment, and non-collusion forms. The contract is for two years beginning May 1, 2027, with up to two additional two-year renewal periods.
