Description
The City of Thomasville is seeking a qualified state- or federally chartered financial institution to provide comprehensive banking services for up to 30 municipal accounts, including operating, utility, reserve, payroll, and other governmental funds. Required capabilities include daily deposits, checks, ACH and wire payments, lockbox services, electronic statements, account collateralization, positive pay, returned-item processing, online and mobile banking, transaction reporting, check imaging, fraud prevention, multi-factor authentication, user permissions, payment controls, and secure file or API integrations, including integration experience with Tyler Technologies. The selected institution must provide a dedicated government banking team, relationship manager, customer support representative, transition/project manager, implementation and training support, and assistance with account migration from multiple incumbent institutions. Proposals must address the required scope, provide a 35-page maximum narrative response, submit two proformas covering all 30 accounts and the nine highlighted accounts, include required affidavits and vendor forms, and provide at least two comparable customer references. The anticipated contract is for one year with up to four additional one-year renewals.
