Description
The Cordova Recreation & Park District is seeking a qualified financial institution to provide depository banking and treasury management services. The scope includes public-agency checking accounts, competitive earnings on balances, secure deposits, ACH origination and receipt, payroll support, domestic wire transfers, online banking, positive pay, ACH blocks and filters, dual authorization, multifactor authentication, cybersecurity and disaster recovery programs, cash and check processing, and armored-carrier deposit acceptance. The anticipated agreement consists of an initial five-year term with two optional one-year extensions. Services will support a payroll disbursement account, a recreation revenue collection account, and a golf-course revenue collection account, including transfers to Sacramento County Treasury accounts. Proposals must address the institution's qualifications, public-agency experience and references, service team, earnings proposal, security controls, banking services, and fee schedule.
