Description
The City of Nassau Bay is soliciting proposals from qualified depository institutions for a comprehensive banking services contract. Required capabilities include consolidated accounts with daily sweep mechanisms, automated cash-management and balance reporting, standard deposits and disbursements, positive pay, wire transfers, optical imaging, ACH services, account reconciliation, lockbox services, interactive voice or web response functionality, investment safekeeping, collateral management, account analysis, monthly statements, daylight overdraft handling, NSF processing, stop payments, and investment-rate solutions. Proposals must address the detailed questions in the financial institution qualifications and required banking services sections, provide audited financial statements and FDIC call reports, describe relevant public-sector experience, include at least three comparable government references, provide implementation and disaster-recovery plans, submit required agreements and safekeeping arrangements, and complete the investment-policy certification. Pricing must be provided in Attachment A for both three-year and five-year terms. The initial contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with a possible mutually agreed two-year extension.
