Description
Monroe County Water Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions for full, integrated banking services. The scope includes operating, payroll, controlled-disbursement, revenue, investment, and money-market accounts; branch deposits; online banking; electronic statements and reporting; funds transfers; ACH and direct-deposit payroll services; positive pay or reverse positive pay; stop payments; account reconciliation; and related transaction confirmations. The selected institution must also provide or support lockbox services, including mail pickup, daily payment processing and deposits, payment and documentation transmissions, returned-item handling, and account setup. Proposals must address the bank’s experience, relationship-management team, branch availability, disaster recovery, collateralization, conversion and training plans, data compatibility, pricing, and earnings-credit processes. Proposals may not exceed 75 pages and must include the required disclosure form, Bank Services Bid Form, and applicable additional-services form.
