Description
Laramie County Library System is seeking information from qualified financial institutions regarding depository and operating accounts, investment and sweep accounts, restricted or fiduciary accounts, ACH and wire services, positive pay, controlled disbursement, remote deposit capture, merchant services, payment card processing, electronic bill payment, online payment portals, and settlement reporting. Respondents should describe their digital banking, treasury management, reporting, file transmission, API and ERP integration capabilities; fraud prevention and cybersecurity controls; account structures and liquidity options; implementation, transition, training, customer support and escalation models; service-level standards; pricing and fee structures; and recommended innovations or process improvements. Responses will inform potential future procurement and must include a completed and notarized Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form. This RFI is informational only and does not constitute a solicitation, offer, commitment to purchase, or promise of a future procurement.
