Description
The City of Ashland is requesting proposals from a federally insured banking institution with a full-service facility in Ashland, Missouri, to provide depository and banking services for its General Account, Main Account, Police Evidence Account, and additional accounts established under the contract. Services include secure online account access, daily and monthly statements, account reconciliation, positive pay, ACH and wire transfers, stop payments, deposit processing, cash handling, overdraft support, collateralization of deposits, and payment and transaction imaging. The selected institution must provide interest earnings and overnight investment options for idle funds, detailed fee analysis, procurement card and related banking services, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity and account security controls, and designated banking officers. The proposal must address institutional qualifications, municipal banking experience, references, fees, implementation and conversion, cybersecurity controls, and exceptions or proposed contract terms. The contract will run for five years from the date of award.
