Description
Salt Lake County, through its Arts and Culture Division, is soliciting bids for a complete stage-drapery package for the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. The required goods include black IFR 20-ounce Crescent Velour borders, travelers, and back-of-curtain panels; cream-white Gerriets Opera front/rear projection curtains in two sizes; a heavy-weight white flame-resistant seamless muslin cyclorama; and a black flame-resistant seamless Sharkstooth scrim. The specifications identify quantities, dimensions, fullness, lining, webbing, grommets, ties, and hem requirements, including the Amendment 1 updates for the traveler. Bidders must submit a complete, non-partial price schedule with design, printing, and delivery charges included. Delivery is FOB destination, freight prepaid. Award is to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to Salt Lake County’s preference system. The online submission requires completed PDF versions of the Specifications Requirement and Pricing Schedule; a preference form and supporting documentation are optional if a preference is requested. The solicitation also requires electronic responses to the listed compliance, supplier, certification, and acknowledgment questions.
