Description
The Housing Authority of Maricopa County is soliciting proposals from a qualified, licensed, insured, and FDIC-insured banking institution to provide comprehensive banking services for HAMC and its affiliated reporting entities. The scope includes deposit and account services, central depository and zero-balance accounts, ACH and wire processing, positive pay and other fraud-prevention controls, online banking and reporting, remote deposit capture, check and deposit supplies, account reconciliation, investment services, purchasing and corporate card services, ATM services, and dedicated account management and support. The selected institution must provide secure role-based online access, multifactor authentication, NACHA-compliant ACH processing, PCI DSS-compliant payment solutions, reporting and data retention, collateralization of deposits exceeding FDIC limits, and local service capability. Proposals must also address four separate $1,000,000 lines of credit for property repairs, rehabilitation, and capital improvements, with a total potential availability of $4,000,000. Required responses include the firm profile, minimum-requirements checklist, banking products and services, general requirements, reporting and communication requirements, and service requirements, along with pricing, implementation, references, and a sample contract.
