Submission Instructions
Description
The Town of Palm Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide purchasing card, also known as commercial credit card, services. Proposals must be submitted online through the Town's EUNA-Procurement platform; mailed proposals will not be accepted. Firms must register with the platform to participate. A non-mandatory online pre-proposal meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams. The meeting is the designated forum for speaking directly with Town staff, while subsequent questions must be submitted through the platform's messaging feature or by email. The Town may award the contract to the proposer whose proposal best complies with the solicitation specifications.
