Description
The Town of Palm Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide purchasing card and commercial credit card services. The selected provider will be responsible for the full program, including electronic billing and cardholder statements, card reconciliation, administrator access, reporting, training, customer support, technology and innovation, rebate-rate proposals, fee management, and accounting-system integration. The solicitation requires responses addressing eligibility and minimum requirements, information-technology capabilities, ERP-importable data, accounting-system compatibility, and integration capabilities. Required submission materials include response narratives, a questionnaire, experience and qualifications information, and forms and supporting records such as a W-9, Florida registration, affidavits, references, business tax receipt, E-Verify documentation, drug-free workplace form, protest acknowledgment, proposer qualification form, scrutinized-vendor certification, and authorization to provide commercial card services. The initial contract term is one year beginning January 1, 2027, with automatic successive one-year renewals unless terminated.
