Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting bids for a master agreement covering grease trap, septic tank, and used cooking oil waste pumping, removal, transportation, and disposal services at participating correctional institutions, youth facilities, and conservation camps throughout California. Bidders may submit offers for one or more locations, while grouped locations must be bid together. CDCR does not guarantee that any services will be requested. The scope includes tank cleaning, debris removal, scraping, emergency services, repair and parts replacement, used cooking oil container or dumpster rentals, disposal documentation, and related transportation, equipment, permits, licenses, and labor. Services are generally performed during scheduled business hours, with emergency response requirements of four hours to respond and eight hours to arrive on site. The agreement term is March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2030, and rates must be submitted on the Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet. The bid package requires electronic PDF submission, with the completed rate sheet and specified certifications, records, permits, and forms. Insurance certificates are due upon award rather than with the bid.
