Description
The City of Mont-Laurier is soliciting bids for septic tank pumping services. The contract will be awarded through an open competitive process to the compliant bidder offering the lowest price. The estimated contract period is 24 months. Bids may be submitted electronically through the designated electronic tendering system or delivered to the city hall address specified in the solicitation. The solicitation is subject to the Quebec–Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
