Description
The City of Dunham is soliciting unit-price services to pump, transport, and dispose of septic tank sludge during 2027 and 2028. The territory contains approximately 1,194 septic tanks, each expected to receive one pumping during the contract period. Selective pumping is the default method, with complete pumping potentially required in certain cases. The solicitation is an open public tender with an estimated 24-month contract period. A bid guarantee is required, and submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope. The procurement may be subject to Canadian trade agreements, and eligible bidders must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by the applicable agreements.
