Description
The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers is seeking a contractor to rent eight portable toilets with hand sanitizer for training venues at its Charleston campus. The requirement includes emptying the units twice weekly, replenishing paper and sanitizer supplies, and cleaning them as needed to maintain sanitary conditions and prevent excessive odors. The solicitation includes a one-year base period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031. The procurement is a total small business set-aside and will be awarded on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis.
