Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contractor to provide full-service dental laboratory support for fixed, removable, and implantable prostheses. The scope includes crowns, bridges, dentures, partial dentures, implant-supported restorations, abutments, surgical guides, nightguards, repairs, relines, rebases, diagnostic wax-ups, digital dentistry, photogrammetry, and custom maxillofacial prostheses. The contractor must provide all materials and supplies, use specified or equivalent dental materials, perform work in-house within the continental United States, and meet detailed fabrication, quality, infection-control, HIPAA, FDA, ANSI, OSHA, and VA standards. The contractor must provide same-day in-person pickup and delivery by a non-subcontracted laboratory courier between the San Francisco and South Santa Rosa VA dental clinics and the laboratory, along with rapid turnaround for repairs, relines, additions, and other prosthetic work. The laboratory must be located within 60 miles of both VA facilities, maintain at least three Certified Dental Laboratory Technicians, support on-site consultations and training, and provide relevant past-performance references. The contract has a $10,000 minimum guarantee and a maximum value of $4,000,000 including all ordering periods and options.
