Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one sterile, single-use, disposable operating dental instrument kit under NSN 6520-01-701-5743. Each kit must include one rigid spatula No. 324, one Woodson No. 2 plunger, and one interproximal carver (IPC), for use by dental and medical professionals in emergencies and austere environments. The offeror must specify the source and part number; the solicitation identifies North American Rescue, LLC, CAGE 06ST7, part number ZZ-1411, as the approved source and part number. Alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. The item is subject to FDA-related registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements. The kit must be properly packaged in sealed unit containers, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1, and shipped under the stated DLA packaging and transportation requirements. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return deadline; the request is for a quotation and does not itself constitute an offer.
