Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is soliciting brand-name Kewaunee steel laboratory furniture for the Pasture Research Lab. The requirement includes full-height glass-door cabinets, wall cabinets, pegboards with drip troughs, a stainless-steel mobile cabinet, mobile cabinet tops and grab bars, shelves compatible with existing Kewaunee casework, and base mobile cabinets. The solicitation requires exact brand, make, and model numbers; new, non-refurbished products; and sufficient documentation such as a manufacturer quote, datasheet, or product listing to confirm compliance. Equal or substitute products will not be considered. The contractor must provide pricing for every line item and perform shipping, delivery, assembly, and installation. Delivery is required within 60 days after award, FOB destination. Quotations must include a completed Schedule of Items, a technical acceptability submission explaining the ability to meet the requirements and schedule, and current representations and certifications. The award is anticipated to be firm fixed price and will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation.
