Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a sources-sought request for information to identify qualified sources capable of providing 40 AEU-27DTCR electronic endodontic motors and 40 AHP-88MNP 8:1 contra micro-NiTi PB reducer handpieces. The requested equipment must include digital torque control, an auto-stop reverse function, an integrated calibration system, at least five programmable memory locations, and an autoclavable motor. Respondents are asked to submit a capabilities statement addressing each salient characteristic, business size and socioeconomic status, manufacturer or authorized-distributor status, subcontracting and Non-Manufacturer Rule compliance, commercial-off-the-shelf status, Buy American Act conformity, lead time, product lifespan and support, FDA clearance, leasing availability, applicable federal contract vehicles, general pricing, and Unique Entity ID/CAGE information.
